This album shows details of the front-yard garden bed, on the right side, close to the street sidewalk and anchored by a Birch Tree. It takes its inspiration from sunny, northern ecosystems. As the birch tree has grown it casts more and more shade onto the garden.

Wherever a single plant is pictured I aim to present the common name and latin names in the title. (Please correct me if I’m wrong.) In the description, between pipes, is the photo’s date ( Pyy-mm), the year the plant was started (Syy), the supplier, and some further comments.
