This album shows random details of the front-yard garden bed, set against the right side of the house, which faces north and is anchored by a waterfall. It takes its inspiration from shady, northern Ontario ecosystems. It is somewhat in sun around the summer equinox, but also consistently gets late afternoon sun. It’s the last to be populated, has had a few miscues and has still not found its niche.

Wherever a single plant is pictured I aim to present the common name and latin names in the title. (Please correct me if I’m wrong.) In the description, between pipes, is the photo’s date ( Pyy-mm), the year the plant was started (Syy), the supplier, and some further comments.
