For me, there’s a string of outposts stretching back from 1991 all the way to 1970. The first AACS (now ICS) August long weekend Family Conference was held in Niagara (Fort Erie) some fifty years ago. I've made a whole website for this.

Our regular excursions into the wilderness, together as a couple, have become highlights for us of our quest to appreciate both marriage and nature as sensitive, wonderful eco-systems.

I was blessed to be able to sing with Chorus Niagara for eleven years, the last two-and a half with my daughter along side. I count that eleven year concert run as one of the richest experiences of my life.

Perhaps my father was lucky. There is a place in the world that he called his own. It's a wonderful place that he could visit and remember and which never lost its essence throughout his own variegated life.

The Psalm Project visits to North America in 2011 and 2012 cemented bonds of faith and fellowship between the group and members of my extended family.
